Security Diamond Services (SDS)
Our vision
Many organisations believe that multiple guards provide better security and deploy people without a genuine plan or SOP.
At SDS, we design site-specific security solutions that integrate people, processes, and technology into a single, site-specific operational framework. The objective is not to « look secure » but to be safe.
A site is unique, with its own evolving activity patterns, risks, and needs.
SDS operates in a rigorous cycle:
- Assessment (site audit and common proposal).
- Recruitment (finding the right person).
- Training (basic at EPSA).
- Deployment (including tasks and training on-site).
- Quality control (at least weekly with evaluation).

We do not rely on improvisation. We rely on the method because we focus on security roles and security outcomes.
When support duties are required (deliveries, cleaning support, watering), we propose dedicated solutions rather than weakening security posts.
Our story

SDS was established in Bangkok following a request from an Embassy, addressing a specific need that had not yet been met with a viable solution in the market. After several discussions, adopting a practical approach, SDS succeeded and, 15 years later, continues to work with this initial customer.
Over time, our scope expanded from guarding to integrated security delivery, including audits and risk assessments, SOP design, site supervision, incident reporting, and structured training, gradually progressing towards complete site security management.
We built our reputation through operational work analysis, supervision, and continuous improvement, focusing on what performs reliably day after day, not just what reads well in a proposal, and offering the best at an affordable price.
To satisfy modern operational needs, SDS established two specialised entities:
- – EPSA (Elite Protection Security Academy, under SDS’s Audit Department) provides training aligned with your SOP, site constraints, and operating model.
- NNS (Nova Networks Solutions), a Limited company directly connected with SDS, provides the technology layer, integration, tracking, reporting, and compliance documentation.
Our experts, for straightforward knowledge sharing, are exclusively French and possess extensive experience in Police, External Operations, or high-level surveys. Frequently involved in conflicts both domestically and abroad, our experts unquestionably possess comprehensive mastery of security across all its aspects.
SDS provides audits, training, system installation, and security services.
SDS is the all-in-one Security company in Bangkok.
