Crisis Management and
The Hospitality Industry

Most hotels now have crisis plans. However, during our audits of various hotel groups, we regularly observe that these documents are lengthy, complex, not very user-friendly, and rarely fully understood by those who have to implement them.

SDS/EPSA offers (free of charge) training for hotel executives and managers, equipping them with the tools to read, understand, and implement their security, emergency, and crisis management plans.

The goal is not to replace existing plans, but to enable teams to understand, question, and apply them with clarity, discernment, and effectiveness.

This free awareness day is designed to help participants open, read, and finally understand their own crisis management plan, an often voluminous, rarely consulted, yet essential document.

A crisis plan is only useful when it becomes a genuine tool for decision-making and action.

To ensure a useful, interactive format tailored to the operational realities of each organisation, the number of participants is limited to 20 per session.

Executives and managers wishing to participate in this awareness day are invited to complete the registration form below. For a better chance to participate, please choose 2 or 3 dates and a morning or afternoon time, and a confirmation will be sent to you.

We will welcome you at EPSA, but we can also do it at your hotel for more than 10 attendees
